Hogar Corazon de Maria accomplishments

with the help of United In Charity:

1.  In 2004, two of Mother Paula's graduating orphans went to College.

2. Employment Training for adults.

3. Computer Training.

4. Mother Paula donated her own family's rural lands for the orphanage and also for housing of over 50 families left homeless in Hurricane Mitch.

5. Built a school.

6. An infirmary for the orphans and the community.

7. A place of worship to strengthen their Faith.

8. A Soup Kitchen for other impoverished people.

9. A Bakery where they make their own bread to supply the community and orphanage.

10. Daycare and Prenatal care.

11. Dorms with more than 70 beds.

12. Recreational center and playgrounds.

13. Sports activities.

14. Supply center for those in needs.

15. 8 cloth hand wash station to facilitate the hygiene of kids.

16. Construction of water well and storage tank.

17. Reconstruction of roof after tornado.

18. Hogar Corazon De Maria provide more than 300 Breakfast meals for very poor  students at our local school.
